It's tier 1 the same as Tenpai did. It is easy to play and has 1 trick. But it's very good at doing that trick consistently. You can't have the perfect hand to beat it every time. Also when people are familiarized with the strategy, they will beat it easily.
simple fact of it getting beaten is more exciting to show than 9 millionth ryzeal win. obv they’re gonna want to show and highlight it losing, it’s the deck to beat

The ice add wasn’t legal but ext can legally search there because lacrima is a level 4

It is. It's also possible that the people playing the deck can be bad at it or just getting outplayed
