I think its possible to legit run up to part 10, part 11 is over 2gb, which wasnt a problem during the exact same situation lucas had during his tn3 f3 legit run, he compressed it to under 2gb, but this one is 2.61gb which i dont think can be compressed to a feasible size for pfa to play. also part 7 is over 2gb as well but its only about 50mb over so it could probably be compressed considering tn3 f3 had a part with 270m notes and he (lucas) compressed it 7th Dec, 2023: My statement has been proved false. Orangepaprika recently did a legit run of Toilet Nuts 3 on his 13700KF which had over 370M notes. It's definitely possible to do a full legit run now.
