I recommend gowod mobility first. I've heard a ton of positive things from people that use it. I did it after my workouts to lengthen my muscles again after tons of contraction and increase blood flow which some people say can help with the recovery process
+Itay Hatzuel Definitely after. Static stretching (Holding long stretches) isn't good prior to exercises. But it is OK a couple of hours prior if you are feeling tight early in the day, and plan on working out later.
Saying stretching doesn't much with recovery is total BS. I had super tight shoulders and poor mobility. I do a full shoulder stretches everyday for about 45-60mins a day for the past two years + and I can 100% tell you that it works! The results were almost immediate. Now if I would make time in the day to do a full lower body routine I would be golden.
it would have been good to see a before and after in stretch positions.
Thanks for the great review man. Strict lifter for years and range has taken a hit so I think ill give this a go after watching this.

ConstantlyVariedFitness Got it! thanks!
New research says that you shouldn't static stretch after workouts, because it tears the muscle fibres even more.
Thanks for the review
You're very welcome!
