What's crazy is that she doesn't even need to score a lot...she'll be at a +22 with 5 points just by being on the floor and contributing in other factors.
She definitely has stood out as clearly the best rookie so far. If i had to rank the top 5 I would put: 1. Brink (needs to cut fouls as you said) 2. Reese (for now) 3. Clark (needs to cut turnovers) 4. Martin (Could legitimacy get 6poy if she is utilized the way she has been all year) 5. Jackson
Different kind of player. AD’s much more of a classic big. Great interior scorer, defender & rebounder but limited shooting range. Brinks plays more like Kristaps.
She is off to a great start; the best rookie out there so far. However, at her size or just in general, nobody is better than A'ja Wilson. I believe this will be true as long as A'ja is in her prime.
Im sorry, but Im happy that not only did the WNBA acquire some ballers, but they got some beauties. Brink , reese , heck even clark. Im sure there are others I missed but, looking forward to seeing what these gals can do.
Weird comparison, aside from being really tall & blocking a lot of shots her play style is nothing like AD’s, Dwight’s or Russ’. Kristaps might be a better analogy.
I expected this from her. The only players I was worried about her playing against were McCowen and Brown and she proved she can hold her own. She is probably the most skilled player I've seen in basketball, male or female and that was going back to her college days. Kiki is too but she's not the shot blocker Brink is.
Just imagine what she would do if she added another 10lbs. Of muscle onto that frame… Shaq 2.0… Right now she has the looks a physique of a runway model, which is great for her side gigs, but her primary focus should be the day job, which will bring in the endorsements.
Shaq was freakishly huge. He’s a legit seven-footer who weighed about 280 as an NBA rookie and he was pretty lean back then. Plus he also wasn’t exactly known for his shooting. Brink’s a stretch 4/5. I agree she could stand to put on some muscle, though. She’s got nice handles $ a great spin move in the paint & is a legit three-level scorer.
She is so beautiful

Cameron Brink can shoot from 20 feet with both hands!! She's amphibious 😂
If she doesn’t win rookie of the year it’s rigged

The 6POY race is particularly interesting because Alysha Clark won it last year, who also plays for the Aces. They’ll most likely split the votes.
@maxpower247 it is definitely possible they cannibalize eachother and allow another player to win it as well.
She fine
She plays like AD.
That sounds like a shot at AD😂😅😊

@@GrahamCStrouse Name for me a classic big that pushes the ball down the court the way he is capable of doing.

Can Aja Wilson guard Stewie out on the floor??
@@mongoslade277 Yes, no doubt about it.
@@koolkat4766 I wasn't sure. If she can, then she is the best
Generatinal talent term gets thrown around way too much lol.
That is SO true.

She's basically the female version of Anthony Davis (when healthy), Dwight Howard & the late Bill Russell the way she plays.

@@GrahamCStrouse I was talking about defensively to be clear.

I agree with that. If McCowan couldn’t bother her, I don’t think many players will.
She could stand to put on some muscle but she’s been dynamite so far.

She is rook of the year.
She’s balling fr
She’s great, but she has a better chance of DPOY. No chance for ROY
She is really great but people may think that she is white. It is really bad for her!!!
Because she is white.
Huh? I mean, she is white, but so what?
Cameron Brink is a nice player but no generational talent. That title belongs to Caitlin Clark alone.
Not another one of the cultists. Clark’s a likely future all-star but there’s nothing generational about her game.
BRINK IS PAYING THIS FEED. DORK
