5:30 to go from Islington to Kipling? PATHETIC, the design of the TTC subway is TERRIBLE, they should of put 3 or 4 platforms at terminus stations, and the damn trains should have better acceleration, as it stands they are fucking slow as hell, a poorly designed system, what blows my mind is for the new subways like Sheppard they still use the same trains when they could use newer, faster, and more modern trains. I understand the Glouchester cars having shit acceleration, but the newer trains should of had a switch to have faster accel, and classic accel so it wouldn't speed past the older trains and after the older ones retired the legacy switch could be removed, I mean WTF, we are seeing 1940s subway speeds.

What are you saying? The Sheppard line uses the Toronto Rockets which have in service for just 6 years, the same with the Yonge-University-Spadina line and the Gloucester cars were retired 27 years ago. How long has it been that you last were in the subway in Toronto?!
