I do not know why, but why do you put a metal blade inside the soaking water for the snails? I am in America and I have never seen that being done. I don't snail harvest so I do not know and thought I would ask. Is it to kill the snail bacteria? It is interesting. I want to try snails. I have never eaten them before but after watching your video, I think they look like they will taste good!! Long time subscriber to your channel. I enjoy watching.
