Japan: Trying out the Famous Ichiran Ramen

On our first evening in Kyoto, we decided to try out the famous Ichiran Ramen at their Kawaramachi outlet that opens for 24 hours on Saturdays.
The concept of ordering your bowl of ramen here goes by these steps:
1- Order and pay for your bowl of ramen (and/or sides) from the kiosk, hold on to the order slips
2- Fill in the ramen customize chit for your bowl of ramen (Soup richness, noodle firmness, spice level, etc...)
3- Be seated at your booth
4- Order any last minute add-ons you want on a separate add-on order chit at your booth (i.e. extra noodles, extra egg, extra condiments, drinks, etc...)
5- Pass your order slip, customization chit, add-on chit to server behind the counter
**Note, anything from the add-on order chit, you need to pay server with cash
6- Enjoy your meal
