I think the ingredients in the capsule is Haritaki, I have tasted a capsule and taste is exactly like that...and it cause gastric and headache and sour in taste...everybody is saying the positive of it..but as I have discover only it's negative till now so I am sharing it..taken 3 capsule till now..two capsule yesterday that is my first...and now today one without swallowing and putting it in mouth to know how it taste like...

I wish the ingredient has natural form of vitamin B6 i.e pyridoxine or pyridoxine 0phosphate etc but they have put synthetic form which is bad for health causin anxiet stress and depression ..
