I think clips on the topper have caused more hairfall around that area. Its not a permanent solution. What will she do when the remaining few hairs on her scalp will also fall.
In that case we have to wear a head band n clip on to that

Hey, I’ve been using hair toppers from around 6 years now. I didn’t see any sort of hairfall because of the clips particularly. So, personally, I don’t think the toppers would cause any sort of damage to the hair if you use them properly.
Adding to this, hair toppers is the safest available option for female pattern baldness. Moreover, there’s no permanent solution for alopecia.
