How to install MPDF on Windows 10

Follow instructions below:
install composer from getcoposer.org
check version: composer --version
install mpdf
search mpdf from the github link
change cmd path to the folder you are currently working on
type: composer require mpdf/mpdf v8.1.2 -W
Copy 'usage' section to your index page from the mpdf github link
