The phar extension is missing.
Install it or recompile php without --disable-phar

So I am trying to install it globally/windows installer but I get the "installer corrupt" and "PHP Warning: hash_file(composer-setup.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Command line code on line 1" and 3 more warnings about hash file and unlink and installer corrupt :(

Everytime you create a laravel project, it generates a key. The composer is used to get all its updated dependencies like libraries, etc.
