Sorry about my english I from Argentina, I have the same problem and I can`t solve this at the moment. My battery is 1.2 amp and this module discharges it quicly because the unit is taking 70mA
Only way I could see to do that would be to break the track connection that feeds the positive supply to the led display and solder jumper wires and add a switch to be able to switch it on or off but too be honest these little led displays use very little power the difference is going to be minimal.

During the time of demonstration of charging a 12 volt lead acid battery as per the video, I wanted to know how the battery voltage is increased or decreased manually as per your video. The battery voltage by default remains constant. It can be decreased during discharging process while connecting a load. Also the battery voltage can be increased during charging but will take some time that depends on the charging current. But my main query is how the battery voltage can be increased or decreased manually as shown in your video during the time of demonstration of charging a 12 volt battery????
No. as you charge the battery, the Constant Current source you have will initially to keep the current constant, suppresses the voltage in order to keep the current constant. as the current decreases when the battery is charged, the voltage is increases. this is normal behaviour of a constant current source.

Hi, I mentioned that this is just turning ON and OFF. it can't control the current. so if your solar panel 's current is below the maximum amount of current that your battery can handle, then connect it directly. but if your solar panel can supply very high current that might damage your battery, then you need to put a charger or constant current device so limit the current.
you did not mention what kind of 12V. Hi, if you have a power module that has constant current, then you just set the voltage at maximum allowed voltage and set the current at charge current. For low voltage protection this module can be very helpful or this (we commenting at) module that can monitor the current as well ua-cam.com/video/2DaC6oOV9oA/v-deo.html
Hello Mr. Ahmed! Thank you for the explainer video, it's really cool. Please help me in my inquiry, I need to protect the 48 volt 60 amp battery, where is it sold, and if there is any website on the internet that we can buy through it. Thank you very much all respect to you
Hello, Battery protection is not very simple. I forgot the maximum voltage for this module, but 60A does not matter when charging. it matters only if you are using it or discharging and you may need to protect it if you may draw very high current like 20A or so. But the rest depends on charge current and most devices with a simple relay can connect and disconnect 10 to 25A. here is one for 48V s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_9gIwp3 but there are many depending on how much you want to spend.
I used this as my car charging module. The lower charge set to 3v as my battery become dropped 5v once. And set the maximum volt to cut off as 13.2v. but when I connected the drained battery, the led light won't turn on for charging state. And it won't start charge. I checked the power supply. It was 16V at that time. Could you please tell what is wrong with the settings here?
I set the module to turn on led in the module while connected to drained battery now. But the led doesn't turn off when reached its maximum volt which I given for turn off. Hope your response as sooner possible.
I have the same to charge a pack of 3 18650 batteries in series with 11,9 total volts and when it reaches de low voltage limit that i configured the relay start to turn on and off constantly and the voltimeter indicates peaks of 20 volts (voltage input from solar pannel) in the output to the battery. When apparently it stabilizes and the led is turned on it dont charging anything, the voltage drop on battery continues. The entrance line from solar pannel down from 20v to 11,42v when it s happens. Same result connecting dedicated 15 - 20v computer charger. ¿Low amps, my fault or module fault?
Salaam Ahmed. I am currently setting up a XH M603 with a 16vac transformer , which has a bridge rectifier connected to achieve my DC power. My output after capacitor of the bridge rectifier is 24V. Currently the M603 is in standby mode attached to a 12v 9ah sealed lead acid battery. When the battery dropped to 12,5V the relay engaged on the switch over to 12,4V but then it rapidly rose to 12,8V and deactivated within seconds. What could be the cause here since my switch-off is at 13.4V. Do you have any advice please.
Mr. Ahmad shamshiri, please make a video explaining 3s bms board and tp4056 module explaining the benefits and uses in li-ion battery. Greetings to you from Saudi Arabia. Thanks
TP4056 is for 1S see datasheet here dlnmh9ip6v2uc.cloudfront.net/datasheets/Prototyping/TP4056.pdf See my other videos on chargers ua-cam.com/users/robojaxTVsearch?query=charger
Please watch . This is just turning on and off. You need your own charger. Use this ua-cam.com/video/fUYt0dQnkZc/v-deo.html or ua-cam.com/video/I_rRTJgONTw/v-deo.html
Charger voltage is normally 14.4V, to reach 100% capacity. And 13.2V is the voltage of full battery, but in disconnected state. So the cutoff voltage should be something close to 14.4V and not just 13.2V. Please make tests and comment on that, so ppl can get their batteries charged properly.
Read or open the battery to see what the voltage is. then get a converter that has constant current mode or CC so you can set current limit. I have so many of those see my videos ua-cam.com/users/RobojaxTVvideos and I have explained how to charge a battery
Hi, nice to greet you, I liked your video, but I have a question, could you clarify it for me? I have a transformer that in vacuum I measure 17 volts RMS but after I rectify it and filter it goes up to 24 approximately and that is correct because the capacitor that I am using is charged to the peak volt, now when I connect two lamps of 12v / 130w each One, the voltage drops to approximately 13.6v, the current that I measured consumption of these two lamps is 15.7 amps, could you then use this voltage source to inject it to the xh-m603 / 12-24v module,? the battery I intend to charge is 12v / 70A lead acid .. thanks mr,
Hi, I read this and did not get it before, but today I had reply as your comment was waiting in my mail box under "I haven't responded". I did not get "could you then use this voltage source to inject it to the xh-m603 / 12-24v module,?"
so you will use this XH-M603 as a switch. Watch this video to learn how a relay works ua-cam.com/video/N-xbxtGGoHw/v-deo.html and use XH-M603 to control a relay that is capable to turn ON/OFF 100A like this relay amzn.to/3wFAHtB
Useless unless it controls current as well! It also needs battery to be fully discharged before it can be recharged. A XL4015 module seems a much better choice as controls voltage and current.
yes. that's why I gave warning. But for those with specific current power supply, this might be useful. I don't like it. Tht's why I did not put the lithium in the title too.
If its a 12v lead acid battery that anyone is using this on the lower setting should be minimum 12.2v as going less than 50% discharge on a lead acid battery reduces their life considerably.
no. lead acid battery can go very low and it will not get damaged. But keep the lower value to 10.5V to 11V. it depends on what is this battery suppling power to.

Question. If During charge the upper voltage isn't reached and the voltage ends up going below the cut in set point will it stop charging?
your question made me watch the video and I found the answer. I even showed a diagram. I spent so much time making this video. so please watch it without skipping. I answer any question that is not answered in the video.
@@robojax I am truly sorry. I don't want to be that guy.
how can I use this as a load dump using wind generator
Hi there, can it be used as a on board car battery maintainer/ tender ??
Hi, no because car battery needs to be connected continuously. this will disconnect the battery. also car will need regularly 30 to 50A and when starts it used about 100A to 400A. this can not handle more than 10A.
@@robojax No, Sorry my bad the question wasn't clear, I put it differently now, I have a portable Bank charger and that's connected to the car battery in the car for float charging and the charging is in progress, the charging voltage is 12.6 and now we go inside the car and acidentally start the car and the car Alternator is gonna kick in and push in 14.5 volts and huge amounts of Amps to the portable bank charger ( external charger) so the charging bank is not gonna be damaged from14.5 volts and lots of Ampere from the alternator or my external charging bank is protected by diodes?
????
@@robojax This unit will not Limit the amount of amps. Using this When you're alternator raises the voltage You may find that your battery is charging too fast.
Hi Friend, I am trickle charging my car battery through Dewalt 20V using LM2596 and it's working really good and have been using it for about an year from now. Now my question is I want to protect my Dewalt Battery from going too low on Voltage and I tried using XH-M609 and LM2596 together but it didn't work. Now what do you suggest me to buy which might help. I appreciate any help please.
Can i ask if i can use this for 48v 20ah sla battery for ebike
I hope you have watched the video fully. If so then yes. If not, you will damage your batter if you don’t understand

Hello Mr. Ahmed!
Thank you for the explainer video, it's really cool.
Please help me in my inquiry, I need to protect the 48 volt 60 amp battery, where is it sold, and if there is any website on the internet that we can buy through it.
Thank you very much
all respect to you
Hello,
Battery protection is not very simple.
Can I set charging start voltage to 9v ,so to use for lithium battery
The relay is 12V. it will not work. needs 12V.
@@robojax but 12v relay even works with 9v battery
can it be connected with the charger 24×7 in ON position
I have not tested continuously for long period of time but that is what is expected from a product.
Great job
Hi Ahmad,
Can I use it for a "solar panel" as input to charge my battery?
Does "XY-L30A" have benefits against XH-M603?
no. you can't. I mentioned that you need a charger. This is NOT a charger. Please watch fully to get answer to all your questions.
@@robojax What module do you recommend for a charger?
Sir I seen your videos very interested
So nice of you
Can you reverse this and use it as low voltage protection?
No you can’t. This is for Lead Acid batteries which love voltage does not damaged them.
Walaikum Salam It seems your battery is full and that could be the only reason

Float charging voltage for tubler battery 24 voltage system also bulk charging s voltage ?
Please
Hello. Can this module charger be used with lifepo4 and 18650 batteries?
Please watch . This is just turning on and off. You need your own charger. Use this ua-cam.com/video/fUYt0dQnkZc/v-deo.html or ua-cam.com/video/I_rRTJgONTw/v-deo.html
Charger voltage is normally 14.4V, to reach 100% capacity. And 13.2V is the voltage of full battery, but in disconnected state. So the cutoff voltage should be something close to 14.4V and not just 13.2V. Please make tests and comment on that, so ppl can get their batteries charged properly.
Can I put a 100v to input on this?
I have not left any details out. My videos are unlike any other. All details have is given. so please watch. I don't remember.
Can I use it to charge a 18v battery ?

Read or open the battery to see what the voltage is. then get a converter that has constant current mode or CC so you can set current limit. I have so many of those see my videos ua-cam.com/users/RobojaxTVvideos and I have explained how to charge a battery
@@robojax what video specifically do I look for these batteries are 18650 batteries

Yes. you can. this module can work with that but does not control the current.

Thanks you so much for reply ❤❤❤
Can I use it to charge lithium battery?
Please watch it. This is NOT a charger
Whyt we cannot use it in lithium phosphate battery?
You can use it for lithium batteries . Minimum lower voltage is 11.x volts. If th upper and lower values of your battery fits, then you can use it.
thanks alot
Useless unless it controls current as well! It also needs battery to be fully discharged before it can be recharged.
A XL4015 module seems a much better choice as controls voltage and current.
yes. that's why I gave warning. But for those with specific current power supply, this might be useful. I don't like it. Tht's why I did not put the lithium in the title too.
Xhm603 board support 12v 5 a charger for 12v car battery
We have an problem then. The module discharge the battery on time, once is powered by the battery!!
Good
Thanks
If its a 12v lead acid battery that anyone is using this on the lower setting should be minimum 12.2v as going less than 50% discharge on a lead acid battery reduces their life considerably.
no. lead acid battery can go very low and it will not get damaged. But keep the lower value to 10.5V to 11V. it depends on what is this battery suppling power to.
