I work in advertising and don’t want my job seeing my brand. How do I build the brand without showing face?

You can wear a mask. Depending on what you are selling, you'd appear quirky and be remembered definitely.
Or you can just do POV shots, there are so many vlog channels where the creator positions the camera to never show the face. Viewers can see the back, hands and all that but not the face.
Also using AI I think? There is this creator who basically created an avatar for herself that mimics the way she talks and moves, maybe even her expressions too. It is more on the expensive side but u could create an avatar that looks nothing like u, change your voice and still build a brand.
The cheaper alternative is just having an artist create an avatar for you with different expressions that you can use in your videos. If you got more money, u can animate it so that it's much more seamless.

Unless you work for the government or the Pentagon, just do it.

Faceless content / theme pages do great, just depends on the category. Alex broke down Trikko in the cult following episode, no one's ever seen his face so thats another route.

How would I implement this as a bodybuilding coach?

Your challenge could be “im going to help my client place 1st or 2nd in upcoming show and if they don’t I’ll do _____ (negative punishment) “ get permission from your clients obviously and you can document their journey. It’s a series and would be great content for people to follow and see how you coach as well. Just a thought.

Or you could take someone who’s never competed before and say you’re going to get them ready for their first competition. It’d be great for them to see the transformation and see how they’ll do in the competition.
