I can say Chelsea I have done this 8 years ago , the poly braid is fantastic and so safe ! I have those long plastic standards which you can set two runs of braid to the level you require 👍
Amazing. Back in the 1970's I used to fix my own electric fencing unit. It was made of anodised metal and ran off a 6 volt battery that was contained inside it. I remember changing the spark tube a couple of times. I even used transistors from an old radio for a repair once. Those were the days... But the fence was fixed metal wires, and you still needed a normal farm-type gate.

We only use electric fencing and it is so good! It is cheap and affordable that’s what i love about it and i use it for my horses and cows. You should check it out and give it a go!
