@@welljustguess I don’t think so. Minju is very well aware of how to look expressive on stage, she just needs to add a little more intensity into it for extra dramatic effects. Minju is pretty consistent with her facials. She never lets her face go blank like Chaeyeon or Yena.

I think group 2's performance would've been much better if Choyeon's expressions weren't so exaggerated, I think Chaeyeon would've been a better centre.
Wonyoung is an expert in cute and soft expressions at the same time. in addition to being naturally charming and innocent, she manages to put happiness on her face even though she isn't very energetic.

장원영같은 괴물센터 이기려면 b팀에선 무조건 김민주가 센터를 했어야됨. 민주도 춤선 비쥬얼 음색 밀리지 않음 절대 자신감이 좀 없고 욕심없어서 그렇지.... 나중에 보면 사쿠라센터 세워서 소유한테 개박살나고 경연도 지고 안좋았는데.... 곡자체가 b팀이 불리하지만 그래도 민주가 센터하는게 원영이랑 센터싸움이 됬고 다른식으로 해석할 수 있었을텐데....개인적으로 데뷔조도 많고 레전드 배틀각이었는데 좀 아쉬웠음.

This is why I felt bad for those who have to get on this kinda show to get debuted. It's sad already when you're put to be compared to others in front of many people. Oh Wonyoung girl, at this time if you only knew, that in the future your going to be BIG, IVE is a very charismatic & unique group, you, being the 4th Gen It Girl now, lot’s of brand deals, a famous idol in her generation. Gosh, you did well! I am not a wiz*one, I’m a Dive btw and wony is my bias in IVE. I just love and adore her. Truly, a hardworking and talented person.
The center of a group has to be someone who looks good to the public and has great facial expressions, some people are saying that Wonyoung didn't deserve the first place but she actually did, like i love sakura but she can't even wink i love her jakxxhs and visuals like minju could have been the center but she is not as good as wonyoung in expressing her emotions in the stage, but they are all talented in their way, but wonyoung is a good center for me, and the most likeable to be a center in the group
I do agree won young is a great center but I still think she's way too young. Imagine the pressure she must feel at only 14, sakura definitely has the charisma for a center but I think her Korean is definitely holding her back

Somi herself doesn't have the best voice or dance moves but she has an overwhelming amount of charisma and stage presence. And the best thing is probably her personality, genuinely funny kind but also kinda savage. Not to say won young doesn't have those things, but she can't really compare to somi. And for the sexy concept i saw the side to side video and she did great but like omg she's 14. Whatta man was also sexy I guess but side to side is literally describing sex and how you feel after and stuff. suzyblue28 she can sing, rap and dance meaning she IS a full-packaged idol. sure she may not excel in any of the three that i have mentioned above but at least she can do all three. being able to sing, rap and dance and have eye-catching stage presence and idol aura especially for someone so young of her age is why she deserved the top spot. she can also speak good english which makes her the perfect center for a global girl group. there’s always room for improvement and the girl is only 14 and of course she might even excel in either singing, rapping or dancing in the near future. just give her some time. but as of now, she’s doing a great job and she’s successful as ever so stay pressed.

솔직히 표정연기 그자체가 문제였다기 보다는 비주얼 차이임;; 막말로 장원영 얼굴로 아무리 미간에 힘빡주고 오버표정 짓는다고 하더라도 과해서 보기 부담스럽거진 않음. 반면 김초연은 비주얼 자체가 눈매도 강렬하고 겉눈썹이 너무 진한 비주얼이라서, 완전 순둥순둥하게 노력하지 않는이상 부담스러울뿐임.
as a wonyoung stan i find it hard to rewatched pd48 because of the amount of hate wonyo recieved from all the diff stans, knetz and antis specially on the final ep when she won the center position on her birthday, instead of birthday greetings/congratulations all she got is hate/death threats comments :) the fact that she only turned 14 that time gosh, if im in her position i wont be able to handle the amount of hate thats why im so soooo proud of her for being strong and for having a mature mindset you are amazing, jang wonyoung!!

i think the second group is great, they did a good job it’s just the genre. Not everybody has the same dancing styles and some dances and vibes just don’t fit certain people. the first group seems to give off more of a “innocent/young” while the second group gives off more of a mature vibe.

장원영의 진짜 장점은 얼굴,피지컬도 좋지만 그것보다는 표정임. 끼도 잘부리고 대다수의 현역 아이돌보다 표정이 진짜 좋고 다양해서 이미지가 섹시,귀염,청순 어디 한곳에 치우치지 않고 팔색조같은 느낌을 주는듯.
솔직히 섹시는 아닌듯.... 섹시컨셉 하면 귀여움 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 얼국 자체가 예쁜데 귀여운 쪽에서 예쁜거라서 섹시는 조금 뭔가 귀여움 ㅋㅋㅋ
안유진미치도록사랑해 섹시도 어느정도 치명적으로 소화가능한듯 side to side보면 겉도는 느낌이 아닌 어울리며 치명미 뿜뿜 했다봐요 전체적으로 귀여운 컨셉과 어울리고 귀엽지만 섹시도 무난하게 잘 소화하는 거 같아요ㅎㅎ 물론 제 개인적 생각 입니다!

장원영같은 괴물센터 이기려면 b팀에선 무조건 김민주가 센터를 했어야됨. 민주도 춤선 비쥬얼 음색 밀리지 않음 절대 자신감이 좀 없고 욕심없어서 그렇지.... 나중에 보면 사쿠라센터 세워서 소유한테 개박살나고 경연도 지고 안좋았는데.... 곡자체가 b팀이 불리하지만 그래도 민주가 센터하는게 원영이랑 센터싸움이 됬고 다른식으로 해석할 수 있었을텐데....개인적으로 데뷔조도 많고 레전드 배틀각이었는데 좀 아쉬웠음.

I do agree won young is a great center but I still think she's way too young. Imagine the pressure she must feel at only 14, sakura definitely has the charisma for a center but I think her Korean is definitely holding her back

I don't think won young will be like somi. Somi herself doesn't have the best voice or dance moves but she has an overwhelming amount of charisma and stage presence. And for the sexy concept i saw the side to side video and she did great but like omg she's 14. Whatta man was also sexy I guess but side to side is literally describing sex and how you feel after and stuff. It’s weird to see how Iz*one went from Wonyoung being the center to having Sakura and Minju as the centres in their last few comebacks. I loved it though. 3 centers. And literally all 3 of them filled the role perfectly.

This very single episode showed how important centers in kpop groups really are. So people stop nagging about why your fav isnt a center in your fav group. Every member has a specific role toplay afterall including center which is very important.

wow some people can’t still accept the fact that wonyoung got 1st place? a well deserved one if y’all actually paid attention to her performances. she’s so much more than a visual, she’s a decent singer and dancer. what makes her standout is her stage presence, refreshing facials expressions and her confidence. she has received nothing but compliments during produce. at such a young age, 13 (during produce) she showed overflowing potential. it’s just her overall feel that makes her special. even the izone members acknowledges that wonyoung is indeed their center. this toddler is a well rounded kid. that’s why korea loves her. but tbh, korea loving her is he only thing that matters the most. they give her nothing but love and compliments. y’all can be salty up until the end of the 2.6 years but wonyoung will just keep on growing as in idol! nothing but love and respect for korea’s 모태 센터!

솔직히 표정연기 그자체가 문제였다기 보다는 비주얼 차이임;; 막말로 장원영 얼굴로 아무리 미간에 힘빡주고 오버표정 짓는다고 하더라도 과해서 보기 부담스럽거진 않음. 반면 김초연은 비주얼 자체가 눈매도 강렬하고 겉눈썹이 너무 진한 비주얼이라서, 완전 순둥순둥하게 노력하지 않는이상 부담스러울뿐임.
as a wonyoung stan i find it hard to rewatched pd48 because of the amount of hate wonyo recieved from all the diff stans, knetz and antis specially on the final ep when she won the center position on her birthday, instead of birthday greetings/congratulations all she got is hate/death threats comments :)

Choyeon doesn't fit cuter concepts she is more comfortable with girl crushs if yoi see her dance performance she was much more confident. But Jang Wonyoung was born to be center tho😌
i think the second group is great, they did a good job it’s just the genre. Not everybody has the same dancing styles and some dances and vibes just don’t fit certain people. the first group seems to give off more of a “innocent/young” while the second group gives off more of a mature vibe.
