gaming is a good thing to do as long as you’re not doing it excessively, and playing the right games. i play 1 hour of games a day if i’m lucky and gaming is genuinely something that positively impacts my life. playing games with great stories or gameplay loops is great, but if you’re only playing world of Warcraft obviously you’ll be burnt out and feel like shit. i urge you to at least do some gaming in moderation
I wish I could do moderation, and tried it countless times that lead to over a decade of hardcore compulsive addictive gaming behavior. So for me Not One Game is a way of life that leads to a more fulfilling life that gaming never gave me. Not jealous, as there are plenty of other areas in life where I have no compulsive behavior and others unfortunately do so all in all I count myself fortunate.
