Exploring China - A Cinematic Montage

In September, I had the fantastic, amazing, enlightening and satisfying opportunity to go to China to film the great and mighty Herbal Jedi (check out his channel) as he frolicked around in the mushroom patches exploring reishi farms, mushroom markets, mushroom laboratories, mushroom conferences, mushroom museums, mushroom factories and MUSH more. Each and every day was super packed full of mushroom goodness. We talked about mushrooms. We ate mushrooms with every meal. We interviewed mushroom experts. We took photos in front of mushroom statues We met and hung out with some awesome mushroom lovers from all over the world. I LEARNED so much about this sacred fungi. I also experienced the joy of filming on the fly, and I mean on the fly. It was super exhilarating, and there were moments that were CRAZY intense... racing on an off the worlds fastest trains, rolling our luggage up and down the many escalators...Jedi Style... trying to catch buses and taxis... sometimes with no idea where we were going. It all worked out though and I managed to achieve much more than just filming mushrooms. It wasn’t all go go go, we did have our down time as well. When we did I tried to put together daily Vlogs of our adventures, which also had its challenges.
The purpose of this little montage is to accentuate the pace of our journey. This is a little taste of what our adventure entailed. If you “Like It”, please be sure to make a comment.
