Thanks Wendy! I love both the Malvern Hills, and the town of Great Malvern - it has some lovely theatres and bookshops, as well as an amazing Abbey (which I've yet to cover). I will do another walk around this area again soon. Thanks again, hope you are feeling better after the dreaded Covid. I am still thinking of doing something on the Lichfield Canal restoration (even though it isn't officially in the area that I cover) at some point, possibly later this year. Take care, Paul.
Ah Herefordshire, my parents grew up in this area and we used to visit very often when younger, such gorgeous beautiful landscapes and its great to watch. There is so much natural beauty surrounding Malvern, a trip back there is well worth doing! Love your narration and your walking tours :) thank you again for showing us around and taking us on a trip with you! Glad you had good weather too! 🙌👌
Thank you! Yes, The Malverns is possibly my absolute favorite area of the entire region that I cover on my channel. Those hills (almost mountains) keep pulling me back! Thanks for the comment, and hope you are having a great week! Cheers, Paul.
Hello Paul - greetings from Poland. A gorgeous walking tour in The Malvern Hills on a beautiful spring day. Perfect! The walk up to the reservoir, British Camp and Herefordshire Beacon was incredible. Thanks for all the information and historical/geological facts you gave. i certainly learnt a lot. The views from the top and the panararamic scenery pictures were amazing Your camera work and commentary were brilliant as were all the still photographs you posted. I was most impressed with the hand glider shots. A fantastic video. Thanks so much .
Hi Michael, I was very fortunate to have been in the right place at the right time with the hand gliders - they were right over my head! Thank you for you very kind comments about my photography - really appreciate the feedback. Cheers, Paul.
Thank you Louise! Yes, that mic was actually my first mic - it came with the camera as a vloggers kit. It is so good for ambient sounds. Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers, Paul 👍😊
Hi Stephen and Yhana, it is one of my absolute favourites (although I have a few!). Making this video was a real joy because I love this area so much. I will do another from the Malverns again soon. Thanks for watching and commenting. Hope you are both well, take care, Paul
Thank you! Yes, me too. I used to live close to Dartmoor, and now I live close to the Malverns! I couldn't decide between them to be honest. Thanks for watching and commenting 👍 Paul
Thank you Alice! Yes, I am sure that you would find it a very interesting area. There is lots of history around and about. Has an abandoned railway tunnel right through the hills too! Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers, Paul.
Great content. That place is very beautiful. Thank you seriously for bringing us these videos, they are a luxury. We will be seeing you in your future videos and I hope you have a great week. Best regards and best of luck.
We’re new here! We enjoyed walking with you today. We loved that you popped in the pictures of the maps and made it really clear your routes. We’ve not explored this are of the U.K. we need to!! We loved the views from the top. Great video 🍻
Thank you, glad you enjoyed the video, the images, commentary and the maps. It is a terrific area to explore. Although I do try to cover the whole of the wider Westcountry on my channel, this particular area is not far from me, so I will be back again near here soon. Thanks again, Paul.
Another great and informative wander. I often avoid The Malverns as it is too many people. This looks like one side I need to try. I noticed you caught a glimpse of May Hill when showing Ledbury. One of my regular walks, I see the Malverns and the mast at Ledbury from there. Worth a visit on one of your walks 😊
Thanks for a great comment and for watching my video. Yes, it was very noticeable how much quieter this walk was c/w Worcestershire Beacon - both were done mid-week and on sunny days. I would say that the southern part of the hills are quieter, probably because they are further away from centres of population. Yes it was May Hill - confession time: I have never been up May Hill! Last time I tried I couldn't find anywhere to park anywhere near it. I approached it from the Huntley side in Gloucestershire. I will try again at some future point and probably do a video about it. Thanks again, Paul.

Look for National Trust car park on Yarleton Lane which is off Barrel Lane off A40. Or park at May Hill village hall and walk up, just a long way. A lot of people park anywhere in the village and just head uphill on any Public rights of way. It is my favourite place. Full of bluebells and I spotted my first one up there today. You will love it
Thank you! I love The Malverns - they are probably my favourite part of the wider Westcountry area that I cover on my channel, although part of my soul lies in Kernow. Thanks for watching and commenting 👍 Cheers Paul
Great video Paul. we lived in Malvern when i was a small child .
Often took my son to the theatre in Malvern .
Wonderful
