Last week we caught up with Philly rapper Leaf Ward for an exclusive “Off The Porch” interview! During our conversation he talked about growing up in West Philly, jumping off the porch, explains why he moved to Atlanta earlier this year, going to college for one semester, starting to take rap serious in 2016, “Close Range” being his first music video to hit a million views, the video getting taken down off of UA-cam, his “They Forgot” songs all blowing up, turning down deals from labels, PnB Rock bailing him out of jail, the difference between the music scenes in Atlanta & Philly, working with videographer Tay Official, his new music video “Guinness”, writing his raps, taking sometimes up to a week to write one song, upcoming project, producers he’s been working with, fatherhood, and much more!
