Very Simple with low cost effective methods.Handsoff Madam.
Step1:
*2 spoonBaking soda
*Water
Mix and apply to it
Scrub for 2 -3 min and wait for 10 min
Step 2:
*Gram flour
*Turmeic powder (kasthuri)
Mix it and apply and wash after 10 min
Step 3:
*Moisturiser or sunscreen
Apply to it
Step 4:
*water

just mix 1tbsp yoghurt,1/2 tsp turmerice powder,2tbsp besan flour,1tbsp lemon juice and 1tbsp coconut oil altogether like paste and apply face and neck around and soak for 10 mts and wash it with warm water for a week...it does great wonder for black ...i experienced it...no chemical and very safe method
