Hah, 0:47 the transition to low notes at the beginning of the verse is cleaner than in the original (it seems Nigels had to tune Thom there)! Pretty accurate Gonna finish Nude on week or two 😊
I love how you guys cover bands songs but will there be any progress I wonder? You've been covering songs for ages now. What about starting a full time band? Joe had and I'm sure has some amazing songs btw
Right now, I’m very happy to work on covers for the channel and with my tribute band There, There, and work on my originals when I can. But I’d love to maybe do some original work with Taka in the near future!
Hi guys, great job! I know from experience this song is pretty hard to do well, despite what someone might think. Taka had nailed (no pun intended) the jonny fingering parts, but I think the guitar tone could have been better. Maybe I’m wrong but on this “clean” type of song (like also 15 steps) I think Jonny has the vox tone cut at about 3 oclock (or he lower the tone knob on his guitar) and the input gain at about 11 oclock (so that on the loudest part it break ups with distortion). Also it should be played with the neck pick-up, to achieve his mellow dark sound. Sorry my criticism, you are very good on Radiohead, but I am a nerd italian guy who has been struggling for years in search of jonny’s guitar tone 😅
Finally! I can search up "Joe and Taka nude" without being put on some list.
😝
Amazing performance!!

1:35 what pedal did taka use there??
No pedals! Just the back of his thumbnail scraping the strings between the arpeggio!
@@JoeEdelmann3 Wow..Johnny is amazing, thanks!!

great job instead of the acoustic guitar maybe the bass would have been a better.
thanks! We were going for the Sferisterio 2017 Thom and Jonny version ☺️ but I bet that would sound great too!
