I am just curious..I jave watched tons of videos on youtube christians claiming that sitting still meditating is new age ,demonic!! But my mind cannot process that with a logic..can you please explain that how meditation is demonic?? I am a born again Christian and i do sit quitly and focus all mind on Jesus with all my might and love!! So EXPLAIN how in the world it is demonic?I really wanna know!!
Priyanka Sanhotra I’m not a expert but it sounds to me if your focusing on Jesus it sounds more like a prayer. But when people meditate they maybe putting their focus on other gods or spirt guides and try to channel them. To me that is demonic because you are inviting a unknown entity. If you pray, pray to Jesus and nobody else. My dad has been a new ager for over 30 years. He has brainwashed me since I was a child but I knew in my heart it was wrong. I pray Jesus will show him the truth.

@@Rrrrcc4666 Meditating on the Word of God is a good thing, but emptying the mind could leave one open to demonic attack, because all defences are down.
@@Rrrrcc4666 I think there is a difference between what you are doing and what new age meditation is. NAM requires you to clear your mind, making it open to ANY THING. They encourage the use of candles and a certain type of "meditation music. I have been a Xian since 1981, I have meditated and used candles two times in my life and BOTH times invited unwanted guests into my home. The first one I was able to remove by rebuking in Jesus name. The 2nd one was much more difficult and required a process of cleansing our home.
We have to be extremely careful and tread cautiously when meditating, that first we pray for protection and as you say, focus on Jesus and stay with Him.
Please pray for my mama to get saved from New Age. I quit the New Age practice a while ago, but my mama refuses to give up on it. Any prayer is appreciated. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

This is so beautiful. One of Sid Roth's videos was one of the first things I watched before coming back to christianity, and the chance to listen to his testimony along with the path that he took to get to where he is today, has really touched my heart. God Bless Him
Jesus saved me in my first ever reiki session. My grandad had been praying for me for 15 years. I was so lost and empty. I was desperate but was definitely not searching for Jesus. This reiki guy removed all the negative energy from my body. He was definitely doing something because I could feel myself getting lighter. Then he said he was gonna sit in the corner and his spirit guides were going to do the same thing. Said I might feel them and it will be like a tingle sensation. My friend had been having this done for a few years and had never once felt these spirits. He told me to ask my guardian angels to help me. I looked at the ceiling and asked them to in my mind.
He was sat away from me. These spirit guides were talking to him and he was writing it down. I felt a tingling start at my feet and could feel the same lightening as they removed this negative energy. It carried on all the way to my head. But when they got to my head I felt a tickling on top of my head. Like someone stroking me. Then I felt 2 distinct hands lay on my forehead. I felt each finger. I freaked out and opened my eyes. I could still feel these hands but couldn't see them. My mind just crumbled and then I felt someone punch into my chest but it went into my soul and the only way I can describe it is that they branded the name Jesus on my heart. My body started burning inside and a voice in my chest kept saying over and over "read the new testament. Read about Jesus" .
My whole being was only able to feel this overwhelming urge to read a bible. The reiki guy didn't even sense what had happened. He had "spiritual sight" but not "true sight" cos he didn't see Jesus and didn't perceive that id just been saved. I couldn't say anything I just NEEDED to get out of there. He gave me the note with all the
things his spirit guides had told him to tell me. THEY didn't even mention Jesus. They spoke of the creator but not one mention of what had just happened to me. That's how I know it's different teams. They would have been praising His name if they could see Him or maybe they can't even say it. But not one mention.
When I left I opened the door to the street and it was obviously the same street but I saw it differently. My whole perception had shifted instantly. It was crazy.
I had been suicidal depressed and a drug addict. I was born trying to run from something in me. Just before I opened the door to the street I searched inside for that emotional pain and it had gone then straight away that voice, clear as day in my chest said "you are content" and I was. I felt full. Felt no pain, no blackness inside. As soon as Jesus name was put in me all of it went. I was 30 years old. I'd been suicidal daily from age 15. I'd been in therapy, psychology, medicated, self medicating, self harming, tried to take my own life, drinker, drug addict. The whole repertoire of bad decisions and darkness was in me. In a second, A SECOND, as soon as His name was punched into me it all went.
And then afterwards when I looked through my memories, all that dark past, there was no pain, I didn't feel that loneliness or hopeless disgust at myself. I felt Him with me. Since I was tiny, He was always with me. My whole memories changed. I haven't told this in so long. It is just so unbelievable what He did for me. it's hard to describe it. I felt led to type this out just now.
A woman who could see auras once saw me and couldn't even be in the same room as me because she said my aura was pitch black. This was a few weeks before a suicide attempt. I knew I was all blackness. All darkness inside and I think that is why my salvation was so intense and why I felt it so much. I was aware of the darkness in me so when The Light came it lit me up like a floodlight.

Cathy Degraw no we trust God only. If church leadership goes wrong, leaders are removed. Also the building doesn't matter. I have been in churches that met in rented rooms, buildings or people's homes.

I never thought supernatural is for the present time until a relative told me to watch ISN. I just couldn't stop watching each episode. It brought me closer to God. Then I decided to follow God and was born again last 4th of May. Lately, as I was watching one of the old episodes of ISN, wherein the guest prayed for spine injury and spine deformation, I was healed through the blood of Jesus.Thank you God for using these people to pray for others like me.

A sincere testimony, but I do have to say that as far as I know Brian Epstein died before the Beatles went to India in 1968. The Beatles were actually at a Maharishi seminar in Wales when Brian died. For the purpose of this testimony it doesn’t matter I suppose, the point being that Sid believed otherwise at the time and it shook him up and made him think about what he was getting involved in.

"When you know about Him, you have nothing." Well, I would disagree. I understand the meaning of that, but I venture to say that knowing ABOUT Him is the first step in knowing Him. In fact, you cannot know Him until you at least know about Him. That is why we have missionaries - to familiarize people who don't know about Him with the Bible. We all need to start somewhere. And while knowing about Him is the first step, it is a crucial step to loving Him and obeying Him. Can you love someone you don't know about? Of course not. Introductions are very important. The pursuit of God's love, and a relationship with Him is built on this.
You are right! But he didn't say "when you know about Him, you have nothing." Rather he said "when you JUST know about Him, you have nothing." Meaning that if you only take the first step of knowing about Him, but you don't proceed further to know Him personally, you have nothing.

I was saved supernaturally also because I didn’t grow up in a Christian home and was searching for God. I read the Koran, did tarot cards and then Jesus showed up and said wait I’m God😀If you seek you will find. I was seeking God and found him.
