Mattawa Moments - A drive around town - Spring 2024

Just some footage of a few spots in Mattawa and the roads through town. Located on the convergence of the Mattawa and Ottawa rivers in north eastern Ontario, Canada, this town has some deep history back to fur trade and the Voyaguers. Water levels were a bit low today. Going to pass through soon. Place seems a little older, a bit forgotten without a lot going on now. Not that , that is a bad thing. How did it get established in the beginning?
