- The U.S.S. Endeavour approaching Earth.
I always wanted to picture the populated 24th Century Moon, as Riker described it in "First Contact" and Cadet Collins in the DS9 episode "Valiant", so here it is.
Made for anno78.devianta...
Render time : approx. 15h30
Post-prod : 30mn
UA-cam upload time : priceless.
Simple, gorgeous ship, slow pans, no lens flares. This is what modern trek is lacking. Bravo!
u know that lensflares are a natural thing right?
@bennaambo2716 yep and they were completely overdone from '09 onwards. Thanks for replying.
Just got those "canon" feels. Ugh, the tingles in my spine! So good!
Orville has that exact feel ironically
@@dark_ops1651 Because Seth MacFarlane is a huge Star Trek fan and wanted to make a show that feels like a 90s Trek series.
Tingles in my pants 😮.
This had a very "Enterprise" feel to it. The score and the general look of the ship gives a futuristic feeling of the NX01. This definitely looks like it was pulled straight from a TV episode.
Wow, that looks motion picture quality.
Thanks !
Tycho City, New Berlin ... you can even see Lake Armstrong on a day like this!
Wait... this wasn't from an episode of Trek? Dude, that was stellar!
Thank you :)
In my mind I like to imagine that this is the opening to the first episode of 'Star Trek: Galaxy' which RedLetterMedia laid out the specifics of in a recent video on their UA-cam channel. This is the USS Endeavour escorting Commander Geordi La Forge back to Earth, so he can ask Admiral Jean Luc Picard to rejoin starfleet for one last mission.
@@Armageddon2077We finally got our one last mission, didn't we?
Enterprise-F should have been a Century class. The G should have been an Odyssey class.
Century Class was not as maneuverable as the sovereign, Enterprise G should've been a Ross class
Thank you for including cities on the moon.
the music, the shot composition, the ship design, the lighting, this... this is my happy cosy place. give me 25 new shows that are just this.
very nice
"Captains log supplemental....
We've been ordered back to Earth, for reasons as yet unsure..."
It looks like a very good TNG/Voyager crossover episode I would watch
VERY CLEAN!!! Well done. Probably the cleanest clearest fly by I've ever scene that's fan made.
This clip feels like its from one of the later episodes of voyager
This is a really nice design
Wow - jsut wow
I love the century class. It should be canonical Mr. DJ curtis. Put so much effort on his ships
Perfect!
Like silk ...
anymore? I cant just leave this on repeat 24/7, or i couulld...
the video quality is low/blurry, but this looks better than any starfleet ship we've seen since 2009
So good I just subbed. I would love to see a version without the blurring effect so I can examine the detail.
Beeeaaauuuuutiful
Can we please use this model as a new ship and call it USS Century and make a series in TNG style between Nemesis and Picard??
How have I not seen this before?
I like the centuey class
That's my baby! Thanks Matt!
Anytime ;)
where are the other ships you would think you'd least see several thousand ships, orbital platforms, satellites, space stations, star bases, trade posts, mining facilities, construction yards, lunar colonies, droids, civilian spacecraft, research outposts ECT?
They could all be there, just not close enough to see.
wow really nice! Could you please make a quick tutorial on how you did this?
Wow.
Work on Axanar and any other fan made trek lol.
you do contract work?
Klingon Listening Post Morksa: What ship is that, over?
How'd you pull off the cityscape on the moon? is it something you generated procedural or textured on?
What ship class
Musk should buy star trek franchise and just trash entire jar jar Abrams universe crap and reboot everything 2008 onwards
What is the starship class you used here? It seems like a sovereign-class had a kiddo with a nova-class.
Century Class Starship
That moon is really freaking far from the earth.
that's actually how it's supposed to be . all the shows and movies did it wrong
@@MajorGrin yea, but It did make for some cool shots though.
