    Thanks so much Dr. Davidson, this minivideo leaves in a renewd hope state with regard to my feeling that I'm going somewhere with my Mindfulness daily practices. I know I'm walking towards Well-being and I feel resilience in front of adversities has augmented in me. Congrats for that sort of wake up when the Dalai Lama invited you to research on helathy minds.
