Some basic logic here, if your competitor or adversary is implementing the wrong economic policies and has been collapsing, the sensible action is to praise them to keep up the good job. 🤣
By this logic, I sincerely wish western MSM would keep writing these collapsing news every year. 😆

You stay there then. When the war comes you can put on a uniform and stand near the 3 Gorges dam and tells us all what it looks like when the missiles start raining down.
By the way, why hasn't China paid their workers? Oh yes, because their economy is fine. And seeing as you live there, why is the drinking water so bad? I read somewhere that 80% of the ground water is contaminated. How did China achieve that? Don't they care about the environment? Why is the skies in China always grey? Do you really enjoy living there?
Taiwan seems a better country than China as they seem really happy and are having children, not like China.

The progress in tech and science is so enviable probably by western governments that they just can’t humble themselves to say good things about China! US media proposes war against China. US people are mostly brainwashed to think China the way it was at the end of WW2. US politicians just want their cut of the war profits. United States is the world mafia, no longer democratic, rather taking on a form of semi-democracy as much of the elections are rigged. China is growing leaps and bounds with and without the help of the US.

Today, China is a country of *homeowners* with more than *90%* of households owning homes (87% in urban and 96% in rural China) _(Clark, Huang, & Yi, 2019)._ At the same time, more than *20%* Chinese households own multiple homes, higher than many developed nations _(Huang et al., 2020)._ This achievement is particularly impressive and is in sharp contrast to the recent decline of homeownership rate in the U.S., Western Europe and other developed countries.

China’s economic model changes from one characterized by rapid growth, largely driven by infrastructure projects, to a more balanced and “normal” model. This transition might involve “corrections” or adjustments in the economy, which could potentially lead to political changes. History has shown us that economies and political systems are dynamic and not static. They evolve and adapt in response to various internal and external factors. In the case of China, it will be interesting to observe how these potential economic corrections might influence the political landscape.

Big cities have two sides: on the one hand, they have many job opportunities, are highly tolerant, and may have higher wages; but on the other hand, there are widespread “big city diseases” such as higher housing prices, traffic congestion, increased cost of living, and environmental degradation. . In particular, low-income people have poor living conditions, high transportation and time costs, and their wives, children, and children live in different places. Many people live in the cracks of the city, and the overall comfort in big cities is not necessarily strong.

The purpose of these YT algorithm recommendation ( China collapse ) is to put " Fear and Uncertainty " to investors around the world not to invest in the country thus restricting capital flow ( stock market n business ventures etc.)
When the powers behind-the-scene in the U.S. wants to create a narrative, if you live in a country without a sovereign information space like China does you WILL be bombarded with what they want you to think, because you have a smart phone and you will use their social media platform YT etc. they have a monopoly in the information space... CIA knows that.

It's interesting to note that urbanization is greater in Japan and the US. Currently, Beijing is pushing for migration from big cities towards medium-sized cities for a better quality of life, many of which are currently being built. It is generally known that smaller cities have friendlier people than big cities.

According to the IMF (Int'l Monetary Fund) research conducted in 2020, China's economy already surpassed the US based on Real GDP (in International Dollars instead of USD that Nominal GDP uses). Their 2020 ~ 2027 projection shows year on year growth and pulls further ahead every year. In 2020, the lowest Middle-Class income bracket makes $25,000 Per Capita (compared US' at $21,000), that will reach nearly $45,000 by 2027 (compared to US' at $30,000). IMF's data is calculated based on comprehensive factors and variables including but not limited to production output, market efficiency, total exports & imports, total household income, total assets owned, investments, mortgage, Quality of Life, living costs, living standard, healthcare system, social services, wealth distribution.

@@theodoralambert7999 When you talked about superpower jostling, it is the absolute GDP size that matter. The entire economy can support the defence industry and the industrial base. Just look at the rich USA and rich EU which combined cannot even produced enough shells and weapons to support Ukraine. GDP per capita is not meaningful when it comes to geopolitics. Luxembourg is the richest country in the world with per capita GDP of $143,303, but I don't think the US is quivering in its boots about the mighty Luxembourg military machine.

@@PhiloSurfer Yes, I know well about PPP GDP. While PPP reveals how much disposable income a country's people have; Real GDP (in place of Nominal) reveals the actual Living Standard rather than speculative, imaginative, or ideological.
IMF's research was conducted during the pandemic, which shattered the facades of every so-called "Developed Nation" of the collective West, who lifted lockdown much earlier than China because their economies could not absorb the impact, that's why they had to ridicule China's Zero-COVID Policy.
"Living Standard" covers a lot of things that most people don't really pay mind to. Example: In March 2020, a bucket of 8-piece KFC fried chicken was $18 delivered, by September it rose to $39 delivered; supplychains were interrupted, no one could get fresh produce for weeks; and people's home utilities were getting cut off due to non-payment. While the Govt did issue several relief checks that amounted to a total payout of roughly $12,000 it was a little too late, not to mention COVID treatments were costing people upward of $10,000 or more if hospitalized.

Previously, China depended heavily on foreign technologies, not because it didn't have the will to develop its own but because they were cheaper to buy than make. The recent western sanctions, instead of hurting, are actually helping China, both in the public and private sectors, to decide to invest massively in their own technological developments. They finally came to the realization that their survivability could only depend on making their own technology independent rather than continuing to count on buying and becoming the subjects of sanctions. Once the sleeping giant has been awakened and is much wiser and capable now, mending feelings, trust, and relationships back to the ways they were is unlikely, unless perhaps there is a turnover of government🤔

There are more Americans who sympathize with Palestine, China, Russia, instead of sympathizing with the swamp... meanwhile how many in those countries love USA? Western governments caught in a similar situation would have thrown tax payers money at the problem to bail out the real estate market, help out the wealthy donors and kick the issue down the road.
