Hahahaha so glad you cranked up the ISO 🤣🤣. Oh, the unsatisfyable cravings! I can't believe you paddled past the lovely little beach near Tooleybuc, it was a brilliant sandy campsite, but oh well... miles from the river and up a cliff works too 😉 🤣🤣🤣 carpet of death! OMG... I became addicted to gingernut bickies on this trip... all Anitra's fault! I will never forget boundary bend CP... it's one in a million!
Amazing: on low water you came through Bitch'nPups rapids without evening noticing. That is a notorious reach, and there are times when even a tinnie can't get through.
I am mostly using the map on my Garmin inReach Explorer+ GOS. Currently I am also using River Murray Charts book (Yarrawonga to Renmark) and Google maps. Before that I printed my own maps using the Garmin inReach site because it had my waypoints and I could print an A4 page for each day of the paddle.
Cheers mate, another random question. In an upcoming video can you go through the rough costs of a trip like this? Doesn't have to be to the exact dollar just a rough budget, day to day even.
As a person of color who has experienced REAL racism, the acknowledgement to Indigenous Peoples at the beginning of this video is disappointing. The last thing we need is white guilt manifesting as virtue signalling.
