Does stuttering occur during the gameplay? I have a i5 9600k and going to buy the 4070 super. Can I play the games you shared on the channel in 1080p without stuttering? Because watching, it seems like there isn’t any, but only you know how the gameplay feels!
Not every game in 1080p stutters. If stuttering occurs, it is worth looking for a way to load the graphics card. You can also set a fps limit so that the jumps are not too drastic, which also reduces stuttering. In general, this processor with this graphics card up to 1440p is not such a good combination, and up to 1080p it is even more so. But I generally recommend the 4070 and I am happy with it, except that I usually play at 1440p. Would I buy it again for this processor? No. I would buy RTX 4070 super or 4070ti or 4070ti super, except I plan to upgrade my computer. If you are not sure about the choice and if you absolutely want 4070, look at the 9600k tests with rtx 4070
@@PawcioGameOn So, my plan is to upgrade the processor next year since I'm getting married soon and can't spend too much money right now, haha (even though I'm almost doing that now). My only concern about using the RTX 4070 Super with the i5 9600K is not being able to play properly. I would be gaming at 1080p, and they wouldn't even be super demanding games. I just want to play with my friends during the few hours we get together and do so without lag. Currently, I have a 1050 2GB, and I can't play anything nowadays without dropping below 60 FPS (even with everything on low). My main goal, for now, is just to be able to play with them!
@@arthurguido1484 If so, maybe an rtx 4060 or rtx 4060ti? I think it would be ok for 1080p and less CPU bottleneck. However 4070 and above are more future proof. Or wait for RTX 50
@@PawcioGameOn Man, I ended up buying the 4070 Super, thinking mainly about longevity. Despite the bottlenecks, I believe I’ll be able to play without many issues, and I’m hoping for that. That way, around mid-next year, I’ll upgrade my CPU and make the most of my GPU. Thanks a lot for your attention!!
I'd love to hear some opinons or experience on the idea of gaming in 1440p on a i5 9600k and perhaps a RTX 4070. I mostly chase higher frames in my games so I wouldn't mind playing on high/very high instead of ultra. Keep in mind that I play quite a few new releases at constant 60 FPS (30 FPS in singe or coop games) atm and still enjoy them. I've been thinking of upgrading my old GTX 1060 6gb since I am getting GPU bottlenecked in many games and I was thinking of buying a RTX 4060 ti 16 gb or something for 1080p but I am pretty certain I will get quite bottlenecked in many games on 1080p on my old CPU. Thats why I've been thinking of buying a new 1440p monitor and GPU to play on 1440p to alleviate some of the CPU bottlenecking that will occur. Buying a new GPU and 1440p monitor would cost me less then upgrading my current CPU since I need to get a new motherboard and RAM as well and I have no use for the old parts, and I'd like to get as much juice as I can from this CPU before one day I upgrade it to be able to play on 1440p. There is still room for overclocking my old i5 9600k. Also I am from Europe so computer part prices are quite different then the MSRP if people make comparison based on price of GPUs and I preffer Nvidia GPUs because of their features. Cheers!
