As a business/landlord its a great way to maximise your income, 3 rentals, which would no doubt be higher than one rental for all rooms as one house, they are done to a good standard and would suit single people but a couple/family i think would find it hard space wise and just being on around each other constantly. The last one i looked at the gap and thought overweight people risk getting jammed in that gap, yes myself included, but i would happily stay in any of those. Another great video 👍

Together with my wife, we earn about 300-350 thousand rubles a month.
They look like hotel rooms. There's absolutely no storage space, even for basic things like many clothes, bed linen, towels, books, suitcases, etc, so it's convenient only for someone who wants to stay there for a short time, not for someone who wants to live there for years. Two improvements the owner could make to free up space (I've lived for years in 12-18 sq meters, so I know what I'm talking about) : 1) The bed takes up too much space. The bed mattress could be put on a loft so the space under the bed would be freed. 2) The fridge is too big for 1 person, he could have installed a much smaller fridge (around the size of the cupboards under the sink) and free the entire space above the fridge in order to place the microwave oven and above it have one more cupboard next to the others.

I only mention the stove because I love to bake😊
Great video
Thanks!
Just in time for dinner! 🍽️ We're loving the apartment tour videos!! More please 🎉😅
Amazing apartments! Luxurious style. Must be quite expensive. I love micro apartments!
How are all of these apartments financed ? They are very nice for sure ! Thanks Russell !
What a great area! Love the shops and not too far to get to Red Square. I would love it. It's like a nice hotel room.
You should realize that this is not the initial design of the apartment. The owner converted a 2-bedroom apartment into three studios for daily rent....
smart student living.
Cool little apartments-got everything you need-wouldn’t mind living in one myself !!
URI you make us laugh, thank you for showing us around. What is the weekly rent of these apartments

Wall Dude Looks like a modern take on Michelangelo's David if he lived in Moscow 2024. I could live there in my extreme minimalist living mode.
Thank you Yuri and Russell.
In which city, if not a secret?

I like the Apt w the balcony. That was the nicest one, haha Yuri seems very nice. Thank you

New York can learn something from this
If you have a big family you could rent three units, have a private foyer and just leave the doors open.
Good idea.
The building and designs are very nice. It is extremely small, but it would be a palace to all the homeless in this bananarepublic, Thank you for sharing.
How much does the apartment go for and great video your the best Russell
The mural in apartment #3 looks like Michelangelo’s David.
How much does this cost?
Thank you for the tour Russell, ultra modern and fully furnished micro units.
I bet you can hear the neighbours thinking.
Haha exactly my thought
Yep you most certainly can
Russian apartments are normally well insulated and well built. Unlikely able to hear your neighbours in this place.
Nope...

Very interesting, thank you. Hi Yuri :)
Beautiful architecture.
The buildings were amazing for a new build.

@@TravellingwithRussell there are dozens of Russian booking and like Airbnb online services.
I really like this apartment! You could have a small sofa bed and chair instead of the bed. I love the balcony ! It’s like another space to relax and take in the view.
I thought you would tell us the price of each?
Very nice! Thank you for a bit of in-Sight into their society.
Personaly i don't like full size beds in such small places because they are ' eating' a useful space.
That's true, they can take up a lot of space.
Usually there are all kinds of folding sofas (on the cheaper side) or beds lifting into wall/furniture like rush hour seats in the subway (more expensive).
The first one was really nice, in my opinion. I could live there comfortably even with my partner. I wonder how much the rent costs.
Thats why we had Yuri step in the shower to prove it would fit us both. )) Your right, 3 rentals for the price of one apartment originally.
@@TravellingwithRussell yeah I was very impressed with each of the rooms, Yuri is about the same build as me, but he's far better looking, but again I'm very impressed how they can pack so much into small spaces, would love to see how they did the 9 metres one.
Watch a lot of your videos but this one I liked, always worry when I see curtains over radiators that are hot but maybe I'm just a worrier.
Keep up the great videos 👍
@@garyclements2821 The radiators are not hot enough to damage the curtains :-) When I lived in an apartment, my cat liked to sleep between the wall and the radiator.
@@АндрейХорошилов-з3г thanks for that 👍
Yeah I would actually love to live in something like those in the video, would be cost effective and warm 👍
@@garyclements2821 We have very cheap heating. I think that the tenant will pay a maximum of 2000 rubles per month for heating one of the apartments shown in this story. Usually, in apartments and houses in Russia, the temperature is maintained at about 22-25 degrees Celsius (note that radiators with a temperature regulator). The average salary in Moscow is 130 thousand.
I live in Siberia in a house made of sip panels, with an area of 180 square meters, and in the coldest winter months I pay 2.5-3 thousand rubles for gas. Together with my wife, we earn about 300-350 thousand rubles a month.
Thank you, for good information, I want to know Moscú .very nice contry and the People .

Perfect only for single people.
