Hi Devi, I keep coming back to this class, love it so much😀Every time I notice smg new ; I love doing a twist before savasana, like you do😉 Namaste from one of your french fan🙏
I Loved your class & all the twist variations. Twisted Root is my favorite but cat tail is an amazing variation!!!* Thank you for all the variation options with each pose!! Thank You for a Beautiful Class!!💜🙏💜😊
What an amazing practice! Just have to share something - I enjoyed the practice and then shortly after went out for a long walk. I had some tightness in my right glute that quickly resolved as I walked. Then about an hour into the walk I yawned and my right jaw released with some very loud crackling sounds. Now I feel AMAZING! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
My favorite is cats tail. I was all the time very relaxed. In twisted roots I do not scoop out and in the first spinal twist I can pull the legs higher and touch the ground on both sides. Thx❤😊❤.
Thank you so much for this wonderful twist yin class. I am so glad that I found your tube channel. Yesterday, I did your Exploring Sleeping Swan & it was also a great class. Namaste from Orlando🧘♀️🙏
Hi Devi, I did this class once again ! It's amazing, every time I learn smg new, your explanations are so rich ! But this is the first time I experience huge dizziness after the 3rd pose (it finally went away). Is it a current thing ? You're the queen of yin yoga, I can't do any other teacher's yin class now ; your style is the one that fits better to me (Idk if it's very english, did my best to express what I feel !). On a non-yin side : I am finally able to do sirsasana😀(little victory for someone who has a broken supra spinatus !). Namaste from France 🙏
Hi Karina, I'm so glad you've enjoyed returning to this practice and others that I've shared. But I'm sorry to hear about your experiences with dizziness! I'm not sure which pose you're referring to. But regardless, dizziness is not normal during yin yoga and since it's been happening repeatedly, it may be a sign that something else is wrong. I can't assess the issue without seeing you one-on-one, however you may want to check with your doctor if it continues to happen.
@@DeviDalyYoga hi Devi ! It was the very first time I experienced dizziness during a yin class but, fortunately, I was lying on the floor so it hadn't as many consequences as if I were standing (uttanasana to tadasana sometimes causes lighthead too ; troubles with blood pressure)😉
Hi Devi, it did this one again, bc it feels sooo good ! I love twists so much !😀 Didn't find any other class of yours specifically based around twists, maybe I missed smg ? Today I was so exhausted that my head couldn't hang in half butterfly : I had to place a bloc underneath😉😉 Namaste from France 🙏
I looooove the twists, but never did a yin yoga based around twists...and I enjoyed it😀 My sweet spot when lying with knees on one side is with almost straight knees, that's how I feel the most the decompression in my spine. Just one question, plese Devi : what does "feel the rebound" mean ? Thank you ! !
Glad you enjoyed the twist explorations, Karine! "The Rebound" is the energetic effect that is often felt after a pose. I just posted a blog about it: www.devidaly.com/blog/yin-yoga-rebound
