  • The Nada is an inner sound that can be heard in the ears and head and which resembles the murmur of the wind and the continual lapping of the ocean waves.
Edward Salim Michael (1921-2006) described in detail the various ways of using this inner sound in two of his works “The Law of Attention” and “Inner Awakening and Practice of Nada Yoga”.
He speaks here of his own practice in Paris, in the sixties. For more details, see his biography “The Price of a Remarkable Destiny.”

He is not well known because of not associating with any religion but for someone who has truly touched the divine, or enlightenment will not care about such things. I would say this is a authentic accomplished spiritual practitioner.
