POD moving storage - how does it work?

- Moving by POD? It's a pretty refined moving system and I was amazed at how quick and simple it was. This is a video of the POD being picked up. The whole process to pick up the POD only took about 15 - 20 minutes.
The driver pulled up in his flatbed truck with PODzilla on the back. Podzilla is basically an engineered lifting system, patented by POD moving and storage to lift up the POD storage container and load it onto one of the POD flatbed trucks.
The system is so refined that it only took the POD driver 15 minutes to put the fully loaded POD storage container onto the back of his truck.
Podzilla is run by a small honda engine. This engine runs the hydraulics and motors that move the POD lifting system allowing it to maneuver to the place where the POD is, pick it up and load it to be moved to the storage facility or across the country.
I do business completely differently than all other real estate agents.

Hi, KYLE.
What a helpful vid-tour‼ Each time that I've seen "PODS", ads~ I've wondered about 'how the process', worked.
Your walk-thru is just the ticket.👌
Thank you. I'm glad the video was useful to you. It was really cool seeing it work
Those must be mighty chains! Thanks for sharing this, I'm about to get a pod delivered and I could not get clarity from customer service about the space needs for my sitch. Now I understand!!
I'm so glad this was useful to you
I’ve been wondering how that Podzilla worked. Really ingenious. Thanks for posting this!
I would guess all the wood blocking is normally carried in the trucks to level and support Pods that are delivered to uneven or sloped sites.
Yes. They may have some wood in the truck that delivers. It is probably best for you to have some on hand though. It is really an ingenious system

I’m guessing the Honda engine powers hydraulics that control all the wheels. I’m basing that on one of their videos that shows cables or hoses running to the front wheels that swivel. In yours those hoses must be run inside the frame.
I think I saw a typical hydraulics control box in one of the videos.
@@Rein_Ciarfella- yes, the hydraulics are driven by the Honda engine. You're right, the lines must be hidden inside the frame. You can see where he controls it from the front.
Thank you for sharing
It's a really cool process
Cool!
