Retail Price = P + 0.60P
Retail Price = 1.60P
Step 2: Calculate the sale price (75% of the retail price, after a 25% reduction):
Sale Price = 0.75 * Retail Price
Sale Price = 0.75 * 1.60P
Sale Price = 1.20P
