Joel , best is to learn a instrument and play it live , rest is crap , short cuts , things don't happen overtime . Learn to play a real instrument and you will feel proud. If you want to make money and believe in computer Music then learn EDM.

Dasoot , If your committed & serious then short answer is MAC . For monitors if you can afford Adams or Genlec then buy those . The key point here is to have a spark in you that can turn into fire , the love for music is mandatory , the equipment comes after. I wish you luck .

Mai laptop me input line se recording karta hun by audio mixer. To 50% level par voice clear rahti he lekin aawaz kam hoti he aur jab level badha dete hain to aawa tez lekin phatne lagti he. Plz aisa koi tareeqa batayen k volume bhi zyada rahe aur voice tear na ho.

sir me mixer se out put pc me nikalta hu lakin wohi song mobile me volume kam deta hai mixer or audacity me bhi volume badhata hu to bhi kya karna padega
mixer output is line level , PC input is mic level , you would need a DI box in the signal chain to convert line level to mic level to get good sound.

I can make one on recording/mixing. Mastering is a very specialized field that only experienced pro studio recording engineers can do & requires a precise studio equipment setup. It's defined as the final touches done to your mixing.
