I find the naming of his abilities humorous. All of them being pleasant, calm, like Cozy Campfire, Warm Hugs, Breath of Life. And then his Q is just ULTRA MEGA FIRE KICK. It's also fitting because it really does sound like something that a 12 year old named.
Also the fact that the only demage ability has the coolest most dramatic stupid name while the support ones seem like they were written by his mom? Love this

I can see AD Milio in the future. AD scaling on passive that deals increased damage on basics and campfire that gives you 3 passive procs during the ability. Slap some attack speed items on to hit them procs fast plus his e for shielding and move speed and an ult to escape cc. A potential problem depending on the numbers and the skill of the player.

I love that he's basically an unabashed homage to Miguel from Coco and Mirabel from Encanto. his kit seems very supporty instead of being more offensive minded but I actually love that. good design Riot

I'm glad Phreak continues to do the champion spotlight. miss seeing him in LCS. one of the best!
This is a great design. Each ability is easy enough to understand at face level, which is great, but using them well will be an interesting challenge. The bounce and knockback on his Q make it a simple ability with alot of depth, you could save it to interrupt channels from range, snub gank attempts, and harass enemies behind minions. The W allows for some interesting synergies with high-range ADCs, and managing its placement in a teamfight will be an important skill. The E is the simplest, but the charge system and ability to apply your passive will make who you choose to protect, and how much, an interesting dynamic. The ult is the ultimate choice. Do you use it to cleanse a crucial CC, or maximize the heal? Good players will make it do both. And of course, the passive is all-important. Good players will space out their abilities, both spatially and temporally, to maximize damage.
All in all, a fantastic design, and a real breath of fresh air.

@@deonm4759 aoe cleanse isn't that bad. Impactful ult imo. Overwatch has a character with AOE heal+cleanse under a 10 second CD btw. In a different game where fighting happens more too.

well, league of legends love to make champions with all kinds of different themes, for everyone to enjoy
I mean they are setting up factional hubs and sorts of links between factions and characters for the mmo and to make the lore more rich in general so I guess the answer is maybe? Or probably? But I've not heard anything official it just seems to be what they've done since leagues release.

AP dmg dot, that is mainly utilized on allies and not yourself - refresh
True dmg dot, that is stackable and refreshable each barrel - stacks
This champion looks great to play vs and with, seems balanced kit-wise. Great addition to league :)
his hp pool early feels quite too much and also he can 2-shot minions lvl 4 with support item
but otherwise its fine :D at least its not sona v3

@@zeldafan9656 does soraka give 5 people cleanse, more tenacity, heal, increased range, movement speed and stronger AAs as well as do some cc? Soraka heals a lot and has some basic cc but this guy gives EVERYTHING to EVERYONE, even stats that are not in the game like BUFFING SOMEONE'S RANGE
@@athanasiosp. You're acting as though he has 100% uptime and infinite range on his ally buffs, and that simply isn't anywhere near true. He'll need to manage his cooldowns, again, just like any other enchanter. If he wastes his cooldowns, he's very punishable... say it with me... like any other enchanter. It's cool asf that he can buff ally ranges, that's really unique. Enchanters should get to have cool, impactful mechanics just like any other class. Do you think Evelynn is broken by concept because she can be permanently stealthed out of combat? Do you think Urgot is broken because he has a long range execute? Do you think Olaf is broken because he can't be CC'd during his ult? Do you think Zed is broken because he has 2+ blinks? Bringing something unique to the roster doesn't automatically mean that it has no counterplay and is broken.

Such a great design and kit. He's very cheerful and friendly, fits perfect to a support. But i like how his kit is also simple to understand

His increased AA range on W for all teammates in that area will get removed before you can say "lets go fuemigos"
I predict the cleanse gets remooved first, 4 man cleanse is simply beyond broken and i have no idea what the design team was smoking

You guys want to remove whatever makes this champion unique and think they're really gonna do it makes me laugh my as off until I cry T_T imagine removing a cleanse or increased AA range from a character that was created for that purpose and make him unique just to cancel his identity because someone who didn't even try the champ think it's OP! @@Kris95x Unique does not mean balanced. His identity is being a cutesy male enchanted for the extra chromosome community of league. What if they kept Akali shroud blocking turret shots because it made her unique? See the problem here? Unique doesn't mean that it's healthy.

This might be one of the most balanced champions Riot has released in a while, even if the AoE cleanse sounds a bit strong
A high CD are cleanse that that gives a weak heal, an easy to dodge 10 sec cd knock back, and a fairly weak shield. He's a much worse Janna. Probably strong at challenger or pro but below that, how many adds actually efficiently use their max ranges? Even up to Plat I see adcs running into almost melee range and dying because they won't attack from max range. A niche pick at best. Milio will be mostly forgotten like Ivern or Bard in a week or 2. Not nearly as rough shape as Rell though.

Okay but when you say 'except for airborne' do you mean mechanically as in it's ignored or is it cleansed as well but mechanically, you can flash or gap-close back to the ground?
We need more solid champion design like this back at riot. Hes Fresh, New, Exciting(no three hits passive or ability) and looks like he takes skill to play. Well done riot
