Yes, You can deposit any check ( no matter which institution or bank it's from) as long as it's written to your name (payable to - your name) to your bank of America account. I hope it helps!

On the back of a check it says financial Institution. Is that where I right my bank's name? Or the bank of the person that gave me the check?
All you have to do is sign where it says “endorse here”. You do not need to write anything else below where it says “financial institution use” . Just leave it blank because it’s for bank use only

You need to have the check with you because you need to take the picture of the checks from the app and once you have the check, you can deposit it from anywhere in the world

Keep the check until the transaction has completed and the funds are available in your bank account. And then you can discard it/tear it or shred it.
