It really helped to write my goals down and even though I’ve had to add extra things in to manage my back pain, it has kept me on track and made a real difference. So often we drift aimlessly expecting things to improve by themselves but they don’t unless something changes. Hope everyone else is doing ok with this. How do I join the group chat?
i’ve been keeping up with the #90grow challenge! one thing i’m finding i’m really great at keeping up with is the no phone 1hr after waking up and before bed, mostly bc this is a routine i’ve implemented for awhile now. but one thing i’m reeeeally struggling with is dedicating 1hr to a passion per day… i literally haven’t even checked off one box, which kinda sucks bc i feel like that’s the habit i need the most right now. i’d love to start drawing again and writing music, and learn how to produce, but since i’m a working student, school and work take up about 90% of my time while other responsibilities tend to take up the other 10… do you have any advice on this situation!? much love. 🤎🤎🤎
