Hello, Adam. How are you? Thank you so much for this video. I love how you keep saying over and over that we have to treat people well in our business by providing decent pay. . I see SEO gurus on LinkedIn brag about making 6 figures/month blogging because they only pay their writers $20/1000 words. Worse, they encourage others to do the same. This video clearly shows who you are as a person and as an entrepreneur. Your team is so lucky to have you. Take care and more power.
I've seen that too and definitely disagree with the approach to paying as little as possible. My writer is now a content manager and makes over $80k a year and is a huge asset to the team.
Another great video and I liked it. Thank you for the action plan. One question. You mentioned that you provide writer with keword and SEO report. What's included the SEO report? Is the report generated using Surfer?

Hey Adam, I'd be really interested to learn more about how you got started selling SEO consulting as a way to finance the early stages of your blog. Would you consider doing a video on this topic?
Depending on your topic would you recommend writing enough posts until you have topical authority as an alternative to link building? Also if you have the budget would you agree it’s easier to just outsource guest blogging with say “some company” out of Chiangmai? Btw probably the most valuable piece I’ve seen anywhere in a while and I’d like to thank you in advance for all the insights.
Topical authority does not replace link building. And you need to make sure your guest blogging process is under your control as you need to dictate the strategy, posts, anchor text, etc. You can’t avoid link building and you can’t outsource without your direct supervision.
Thank you for the information. I currently have an article site w/ a Google PR2. Would converting to a Word Press blog site be worth the effort? Or better to start from scratch with a clean slate? Seems like a can of worms to convert from existing structure. Thank you.

Oh I see what went wrong with my blog... I don't invest enough time in the "action" part of the strategy and focus on too many project which diluted my progress and result in diminishing my motivation because I saw no result... How do you focus? haha
Ram, I worked several years in a wellness clinic recently and our patients received a $100 per each patient they referred for hormone, weight loss, vitamin therapy. Just a thought but you may be able to double down in wellness income that way too.
Thank you! The backlinks should not be one per article but prioritized based on how competitive the keyword is, how much money can be made, etc. If you're just starting out, just trying to link to everything and build DR works. :)
Hi Adam I have a Wix website for my existing business, I was wanting to add blogging articles to the same website to keep it simple. My question is ...will I still get the same results or does google / add sense favour Wordpress for ranking and monetisation?
Is marketing affiliation for kids too? I want to set them up financially so they never get in debt and have a stable financial foundation when they leave home in a few years.

I am loving your videos, and learning a lot. But I think you having had past experience in a professional setting as a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager is a big part of your success. Of course this does not undermine or take away from the actual work you did, but that knowledge is accelerator to your impressive success for sure.
Super helpful video but one dilemma? You're paying the outreach assistance to get guest posts in your backlog but who's going to write 15-20+ guest posts every month????? The writer for our blog can't keep up??? Could you please address this?
