- In this video, we will focus on the role rock music has played in shaping the culture and society in which we live.
Starting from the roots of rock and roll in the 1950s, we will explore how rock music has been a disruptive force in the world music scene, bringing unprecedented energy and rebellion. The British Invasion of the 1960s brought British rock to the world stage, and with it the social and cultural change that characterised that decade.
In the 1970s, rock took on an even more political and committed role, with artists such as Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin and Queen creating works of art that touched on social and political issues. Meanwhile, punk rock brought a new wave of rebellion and an anti-establishment aesthetic.
In the 1980s, rock continued to evolve, with the birth of heavy metal, hard rock and alternative rock. Rock became an increasingly commercial force, with artists such as Michael Jackson, Madonna and Guns N' Roses achieving worldwide success.
But despite these changes, rock has always retained its ability to inspire and influence people. Even today, rock continues to be an important force in culture and society, with artists like the Foo Fighters and Muse continuing to take rock music to new levels of creativity and innovation.
In this video, we explore how rock has changed music and the world, and how it will continue to be an important force for generations to come.

Ti avanzavano un po' di punti?
ciao. scusami per la fissa e la precisazione ma se parli di heavy metal , va benissimo menzionare i Black Sabbath ma il gruppo principale che lo ha "messo a punto" compositivamente e lo ha elevato al massimo della qualità sono i Judas Priest . Non finirò mai di ripeterlo. Già dal secondo Album....beh, lì sono già contenuti in nuce tutti i prodromi che poi porteranno all' evoluzione dello stile serrato che è caratteristico del "Metal"...come dire...le tavole della legge. "Il Vangelo" di questo stile di Rock Duro. Gruppo basilare che ha influenzato generazioni di innumerevoli altri gruppi così come hanno fatto i Led Zeppelin (altre sfumature di Rock, probabilmente i più caleidoscopici di tutti ), i Deep Purple (grandissimi musicisti di Hard Rock mistato con Classica, Blues, più tardi anche il Soul, abb inferiori ai Led Zeppelin come poliedricità musicale) , i Black Sabbath (fondamentali per il Rock stregonesco ed il "Doom", il "Dark Rock" chitarre ribassate , accordi in minore, cromatismi e via...), i Grand Funk Railroad (magnifici. "Rock 'n' Soul" all' ennesima potenza) , Beatles manco ne parlo, ecc ecc ecc.. Non puoi prescindere da loro per la crescita dell' Heavy Metal migliore. Assolutamente Regali. Un misto tra prog e rock come i Genesis anni 70....
I Jethro Tull sono spesso inquadrati come una band di rock progressivo, ma la loro musica abbraccia una vasta gamma di generi, inclusi il folk rock e il blues rock. La caratteristica distintiva dei Jethro Tull è l'uso della flauto traverso da parte del frontman Ian Anderson, che conferisce al loro suono un elemento unico.
