I’m pretty sad Nintendo did him dirty he should have gotten in
two things i will say about shovel knight.
1) i would have liked to see that what if the person black knight was trying to save was the enchantress herself. maybe she was his "shield knight" and she to was lost to the tower. the enchantress served as the mind and body while shield knight serves as the muscle. imagine a final battle of shovel and black knight vs a possessed shield knight and enchantress.
2) also to fit the motif shovel knight had imagine shield knight with an improbable weapon as well that resembles a shield like how shovel knight's shovel resembles a sword. Imagine her with a gigantic mirror and has the name mirror knight.
+lunerblade13 That's actually kind of mind blowing. What if The Enchantress was once a good person before she turned herself into spiritual form to possess Shield Knight? What if after the storyline of Shovel Knight, The Enchantress is still alive, waiting for Black Knight?

EdoDave Daniel This is a later battle in the game. I'm not sure if they ever really make many jokes about MP throughout the game. They MIGHT have? I just don't remember. At any rate, this is sort of the part where they start reeling in the plot and getting more serious.

I know I'm VERY late to the party, but this is epic. Also, from what I gained, the enchantress's magic didn't just give black knight a power boost, it also made him go berserk, in what I think might be the most traditional sense of the word.

I also remember my submission to the contest was mentioned on the Yacht Club website! My little song about the game to the tune of Propeller Knight's theme.

God, I'd watch this as a series.
Voice acting in this actually isn't bad. It's definitely not perfect but you can at least tell the voice actors were definitely trying without coming off as too forced
