Love how guilty they both look when Sarah comes in. It's always a nice scene when John explains things to Terminators. It's like he never doesn't understand they are like undeveloped minds and he is so patient.
they really are. they're children in every sense of the word... other than physically. I wonder if Skynet was created Terminators with the abilities to wonder, think and feel not to replace humans but to mix with them and work together to stop Skynet. surly Skynet could've simply created an army with a collective consciences... surly, Skynet wasn't so stupid as to believe that there would be those who would bond with humans and rebel.
Thats why this show was so perfect. It explored the deeper analogies of how John is basically Jesus Christ (even his initials are the same) and judgement day being essentially the functional biblical stand-in along with the future war effectively taking place between angels and demons. Its all super chilling when you apply it to modern day advances in artificial intelligence and that all of these two films and tv show (sorry not sorry, but T3 and the others are nonsense) are very much within the realm of possibility.
One of them is a heartless machine that will kill you without remorse. The other one is a Terminator. (Yes, vending machines that get stuck are just that bad.)
god i love all of them so much. i have rewatched it for the 4th time recently for me is the best Terminator movie (yeah i know it s a series ) since the second part.
@@dr._breens_beard I was quite curious about the T3. When the movie ended, I said to myself: "Well, it wasn't bad, but it could have been better." I was excited about TSCC when I saw it a few months ago. I just have no idea why we didn't watch the premiere then. I saw T2 and T3 at the time (at the age of 9).
@@sorkarkelly8066 i liked T3 as a kid but as i aged i began to pick it apart and eventually read james cameron's complaints about it and it clicked as to why it felt so different but not in a good way. Personally im fine with T-888 Terminators having insane strength because they ARE an advanced upgrade vs the T-800's, but their lack of god-tier durability like that of the T-850 in T3 feels far more logical. That was really my main problem with T3 that the TSCC corrected.
@@dr._breens_beard TSCC answered many of my questions. I like that in Terminator Genysis there was a scene where Arnie breaks the windshield of the car with his head. your dream gives you an imaginary idea of the future or of the nice things that might happen to you ... A computer may dream of saving the planet from destruction so that it can have alive humans to keep the machines running and its energy to continue working ... Do you understand?
The funny thing about that is all of the dream scenes with John and Cameron that she has are very telling about what she thinks they interact like. Meanwhile, they are both constantly disgruntled towards each other.

John freaks out at Cameron hitting the vending machine because he remembers that time he asked a Terminator if he had a quarter.
😉
forget all about that😂 Talk about deja vu

How can you say that about them. You don't know their life. Maybe you are the heartless machine
One of them is heartless, unreliable and betraying machine. Another one only pretends to be heartless, especially towards John Connor.
