So if I have the Schengen type C visa then I don’t need to take transit visa right?? Schengen type C visa is enough to travel between the airports from Germany and Romania?? Hi Veeranna garu, Romania joined Schengen zone from 31st March 2024. So if you have Type C Schengen visa, then you can visit both Romania and Germany with that. So there is no need of any separate Transit visa for Germany. Good Luck 👍

Hello andi, am doing good, how are you? Student visa comes under Type D which is separate from Schence Tourist Visa which is Type C. Also your student visa was only for 1 year multiple entry. So you won't be eligible for 5 year multiple entry visa. A five-year multiple-entry visa is granted to people who have used a previous multiple-entry visa valid for at least two years over the past three years. I have explained this in detail in chapter 07:27. Please check.
Hi andi, you can only apply Schengen Visa from USA if the applicant has residence permit in USA. Please check the chapter starting at 18:40 in this video where I have given more clarity on this question 🙏

I am so sorry for your situation andi. As you are saying the ban is due to fake documents, I don't think there will be any way to appeal such decision as u r also agreeing that the documents submitted are fake whether it's your fault or the consultancy fault. I don't know if there is any workaround for it.
