मैडम आपने खटास के लिए कुछ नहीं डाला.. मैडम आपने नया कुछ भी नहीं किया.. ? तेल डालकर थोडा जीरा चटका कर गोभी डाल कर 40% गला कर मसाले ऐसे ही दाल देती, और फिर एक टमाटर डाल कर दम पर 15 से 20 मिनट के लिए पका देती.. इससे अच्छी गोभी बन कर तैयार हो जाती.. और मैं देख कर बता सकता हूँ के आपकी गोभी कच्ची भी है.
