Relay coil voltage is 12VDC but to the load side you can use both AC 220V and DC voltage which will handle 5Amps.

Yes, you can simply find ac relay which will trigger by ac voltage and control out put.

Yes definitely.... you just simply use Relay to NC for the load.Thats it.
