Thank you, I just ordered my equipment to make tee shirts (Offend-I-Tee's) and probably going to order equipment to make candles/wax melts and make a T-shirt/wax melt/candle of the month club or box.
I host websites. Have been doing so for 11.5 years with only 102 clients @$14.59 up to $45.83 per months. Love subscription model. I use to do PC Repair until I discovered web hosting.
Loved this interview, i think it's the mutual energy. Gary dominates many conversations because of his passion and energy but you gave as much as you got and it made for a high value pleasent watch! Loving it man 👍 P.s. subscribed 😁👌
This was such good information. I am at the idea stage of my subscription box and I think the most valuable part of the interview for me was having a quarterly subscription instead of a monthly. it reminded me that I used to have an IPSY subscription but canceled it after some time because I had too much product. I canceled it over a year ago, probably a year and a half, and I STILL have product I got from them. Thank you for this interview, it truly was invaluable.

How do you have so few subscribers? This is popping! Learning a lot right now. I run a children’s events company that has had a tough time in lockdown. We’re now adapting and looking to create a lot more content via a subscription model. This video has put some wind in my sails! Great discussion
Hello, can you explain to me the difference between the box business and the traditional sales business (in dropshipping or in stock). What I mean is that I still have trouble understanding one point, the margin. When we trade in traditional we can calculate in advance the margin that we will earn by calculating the cost of purchasing the product and the cost of resale but there with the subscription system as I will buy different products every month but the selling price, of the subscription, is the same then the margin is going to be different? is not it? So you have to do a margin calculation every month when you go to sourcing? Is my question legitimate or am I wrong in my reasoning? thank you Cyril
source smart and in bulk to keep your costs in check and protect the margins..then create special "one time" or "premium" boxes that go out quarterly or bi annually to capture margin and special items. do it on paper first and plan in advance to capture discounts when purchasing items. speak with your accountant on how to ensure you protect the margin..by benchmarking certain line items. Good luck!
I love influencers' unboxing videos. They show me exactly what my competitors are shipping month to month, and often include their sources and even MSRPs. Plus, I love to watch the influencers when they are obviously lying through their teeth. LOL

8:10 Haha, I like how he comes up with great ideas on the spot.. 💣 *Creativity & Effort + Ideas & Execution* 🚀 11:37 Yet another idea & within seconds, he's letting his team know so that they can work towards execution.. ⚡ The real deal.. 🎯 Amazed that this has less than 1000 views, that's absolutely crazy to me.. 🤯 New subscriber #570 from London, England.. 🔥 Keep the great content coming.. 🙌🏾 - @Acharich
9:02 alternative comment that doesn't label potential customers as douches: "people enjoy being a part of a community. and they also wanna make sure their money isn't going to waste, that they have an ROI." but i guess gary really wanted to make the host laugh

You should start a series about subscription boxes. You seem to know a lot about it.
Also agree, would love to see a video about subscription boxes.

Shipping is awful now....As a subscription box subscriber. Ive had lost, damaged, extremely late problems...sigh.
“Alll of them” so like buying furniture? I don’t think so
I don't think the physical product subscription is the way to go. Online services subscription or memberships a lot wiser.
That's thought provoking. Why do you say that?
@@SubSummitStudios Huge liability in terms of logistics
