We've got the pneumatic version of the CPB5000, but we have am issue with the rotation of the piston as it brakes after 2 rotations. Does the piston - cylinder needs oil to rotate freely and if so how to add the oil 5:24
@baldebenz6060 Under normal circumstances, the piston should be rotating freely by hand when in equilibrium. If you are experiencing issues in rotation in a set-up with a pneumatic DWT such as CPB5000 - this is often due to contamination. The piston cylinder needs to be disassembled and cleaned thoroughly as described in the operating manual. If problem continues to persist, reach out to WIKA Calibration Technology UK (www.wika.com/en-gb/contact.WIKA) for service options.
Jones, Thanks for the kind remarks. This is one of our most successful videos, I think because it answers a question.... For more specific product information contact the WIKA Subsidiary in Brazil...www.wika.com.br/
Yes, I smile every time I am reminded of this little quirk: Someone whistling "here comes the bride" in the background then distant laughter. Still, this is video has 103,242 views. It is by far the best performing video on our channel and consistently shows up on the first page when searching for "deadweight testers". And, even though the CPU5000 is obsolete it has been replaced by the CPU6000 ( www.mensor.com/cpu6000_w_cpu6000_s_cpu6000_m_en_co.WIKA ) system which accomplishes the same thing and much more.

sometimes it is those subliminal things that make the biggest impact
