Let me check this out. I've seen this happen after I connect to my VPN, but usually when I disconnect I usually no longer get anything saying I am in restricted mode or another country. I'll check and see if it some how got turned on

When I turn on VPN I can turn off Restricted Mode but when I turn off VPN everything comes back and I can't turn it off.
