This is such a good slice of life piece on one of the guys I’ve followed since he was just a kid. Herm’s so deserving and it’s awesome to see the life he’s made for himself.
Im an old dude and having hard time following new skaters or new things about skating , so for you guys giving us this Bherman episode, let me give you a BIG CLAP 👏 kudos to all u there in POCKET
Love this guy. His lines in stay gold will always be a classic. So glad to see him doing well and enjoying what he’s into. It’s contagious. Thank you for showing this side of Bryan. A good man that so many kids in skateboarding look up to. Skated one of his bake and destroy board a long time ago and it was awesome.
Is so wild how he obviously doesn't skate that often yet still has that relaxed Herman style. Just so much talent. Love him and I hope company does really well becasue a person like him deserves it.
One of the my first decks was a Bryan Herman after I read one of his interviews in a skateboard mag as a small kid. I’m 25 now and it was cool to see him still skating and doing well
This was so sick! Damn those OG Baker pants were my favorite.. broke my leg in my pair and they had to cut em off at the hospital. Thank you for blessing us with this gem though 🙏🏼
Herman still has one of the best hard flips. My first Baker board was a Herman one a LONG time ago. Classic baker lettering but said Herman and was white and gold. So sick.
I seen a short of him practicing that hardflip a few days ago..I though it was an old clip! Found this full vid of Herman awesome 💯 huge fan since emerica days
Hey just a shout out for doing this episode. It's funny how your favorite skaters lives can just move on outside of skating and then as a fan you see nothing of them. It's good to see them pop up every once and a while. Dude blew my mind jumping over picnic tables and good to see him skating still
Herm has, by far - the most overlooked style in skateboarding. He has the best style of any street skater I've seen in 30 years. He looks like he's tweakin though, huge pupils. Hope he's ok.
That garage is so bad ass. I grew up skating from middle school and still do at 35. I currently have a Lizard King, deathwish decks. I didn’t have money growing up so a $50 deck was a big deal to me. Now my passion is cars. I’ve gotten to build some awesome vehicles. My favorite was a 1974 International scout . I kept it for 6 years. I still skate to clear my mind. Those $50 decks don’t hurt as much when you’re not a broke teenager anymore 😂 My little brother took his life in 2021. He left behind a 1973 Jeep commando that he had been working on for years. Once I can see the Jeep again I’ll get it right. It’s too hard to be around it still. It’s at my parents. It’s a 6.2 LS swap with a 4l80, Holley EFI . That Jeep was all he cared about. Skating and cars is the one thing we always share a love for together and I’ll always cherish . No better therapy than skating and cars. 🙏
Bryan is such a legend, Baker 3 and all of his parts were a huge part of my childhood. So sick to see all the stuff he collected from the golden age of skating
I dunno since the baker 2g came out, stay gold, bake n destroy Herman was change my mind forever! Thank you herm dog your hardflips is amazing btw. Stay healthy herm we love you. Nollie inward heel too
the Herminator was one of my heroes growing up. I just started skateboarding and This is Skateboarding just came out. Seeing him and Spanky skating at that level and being pretty much a couple years older than I was really made and impression. Still 2 of my favorites since then.
Bryan is a great man! He is calm and composed. He was/is a good friend of Antwuan. I loved how much he cared for Antwuan. You could see it in some of the old homie footage (not skate vids), when Antwuan was getting a bit too rowdy and Bryan was like the guy who tried his best to calm the beast. Legends!
Bryan made me so stoked and proud that he got Victorville on the map. I was blown away when I saw him kickflip the grass gap at Serrano in his video part because I'd look at it every day at lunch thinking it had a weird angle run-up. Glad to see he's still living his best life these days.
That school is sick, there are so many spots there. Across the street there is a really cool rail at that church too. I boardslid it a while back not sure if it's been skated since.
this guy inspires me to HARDFLIP back in 2010. even his inward heels is one of the best!! can still remember his emerica stay gold part!used to watch it before I skate .
I hung out alot with the First Gen Pharmacy Guys To land a spot when they started up a Snow Team. Spent alot of time Hangin with "Lil Herm"!!!!! I've always loved ya man and so stoked how far you took it man!!! Salute G!!!!!
The original Emerica G-Code were my favorite shoes ever. Perfect amount of feet protection with good board feel, a lot of good color ways. I wish G-codes were an Emerica permanent staple. I'd buy at least one pair a year.
Bruh herm is legitimately what chu call a og who still got it, man kilt it so much is amazing to see how he is now, got a lil age in the face going on but still awesome

Him and spanky were the reason I was a ‘hesh’ kid growing up. I would watch kids in emerica so much and this is skateboarding
Those two had a huge influence on a whole generation

he's killin it. invested his money and gets to sit back and chill now.
"shortened it up a bit, wheelbase style" haha love it, dude is 100% pure skater.

Bryan Herman used to live in my apartment complex when I was a kid and he would give away skate stuff all the time. Such and awesome dude.

In the words of beagle " Fuck yeah Herm ". I think its kool how he grabs merch out the warehouse. Living the dream homie. baker for life .

You're right, haha!
Thanks for the fun childhood B herm! mad love for baker boys always :)

So cool to see him all settled in in life. He’s a good man, it appears.
The emerica Herman 2 was one of the greatest shoes 🙏🏻
hoping to see more OGs on this so we can all see what they've up to lately. love this vid, & Herms 9club intervw was awesome
grew up seeing this dude skating in the desert. He's a standout dude and mad chill
My buddy does this same thing with cars swapping motors and all that and you definitely learn alot just watching and helping with it

Just smoking zaza no biggie
@@c.c.s.1102 No his eyes would be pinned if he was on za. They're the opposite. He's doing meth or coke.
@@stevebanning902 You just watched him smoke like three joints... lol... if he was doing coke or meth he wouldnt be fucking mellow you noob.

Low key, he kinda resembles that character Dave Chappelle played. Red balls it gives you wings.
