Mine as well, hidden gem that song is. Actually he recorded that with a 1260 harmony sovereign, I happen to have a 72 harmony H6560 lookalike to pages that I will be demonstrating on here soon.
@@shivammasson It was definitely louder unplugged and had more of an open feeling. But it was hard to determine due to what I was running through to test it. I would test both out before making a solid decision. Personally I prefer Les Pauls but wanted to try out the feel for a hollowbody. More aggression from what I could feel. Think Keith's guitar sound on midnight rambler.
I got an Epiphone Dot ES-335 Black! 1999! Now 24yrs old. Still in love with it.
They are very good! However I am going to be purchasing a Gretsch very soon for AC/DC stuff and blues as well.
Your 1999 Epiphone Dot 335-ES, was made in Korea ?
Wow ! Joe Bonamasa playing some Led Zep !!!😁👍
Lol @ the pickup change with no volume. We've all done it out of habit

@@lazzie7495 Gallows Pole by Led Zeppelin on the III album.
Went with it?
It was basically just getting the feel of a hollow body style guitar. I was just on the hunt for a certain sound.
Was it at par with a les paul?

Is it heavy ???
Not to my recollection.
Okay 👍🏽@@SebastianHalfpenny
Is that a ES-339 or 335?
335. I think it said "dot" in reference to chuck berry.
@@SebastianHalfpennyThe Dot refers the in dot inlays instead off block inlays on the fret board
Thought that was joe bonomaso for a sec??
BoRe
Do you think it's worth it buying this guitar? I have another Epiphone guitar and it's great
I would definitely buy it! Whatever you think would be best!
Nothing wrong with epiphones I own 5 of them. Buy expensive pickups if you want to make it expensive and rich!
