I really appreciated the phobia warning ❤ I do have trypophobia as well as my mom AND grandmother. It's really intense and we can't even say the h-o-l...word. I've always wanted to google more info on it but can't because even descriptions of the phobia itself trigger a physical response from me lol it's so weird
You could try subliminal affirmations to rewire your brain so that it doesn’t get triggered as badly and if your mom and grandmother both have it too it possibly is an ancestral trauma through the female line that you could look into healing ❤️🩹
Always love the gentleness and beauty you bring to these cleansing videos. Also love the use of all the crystals. It would be great if you could incorporate tapping crystals together to break up the energy. The stone on stone sound is a wonderful trigger.
Two sets of the Reiki Symbols! ALRIGHT! Sounds good to me...once at the beginning and once near the end! They are one of my favorite signature triggers of yours Silke. Whether you use your own finger, a scented stick, or a crystal to draw out the symbols...the entire process always gives me tingles from the tracing of the symbol, to you whispering the name of the symbol, to you pressing it on us with the palm of your hand. Keep up the great work Silke and Hope you are doing well. Also thank you for sharing ya adventures/travels via instagram. It's always cool to see other parts of the world through someone else view via what they share...especially during these crazy times with Covid and all.

Oh could knowledge/insight be useful tools of instruction to use with peace and ease of nature, so we can have both. I see the power world, and also see its flaws. I hope to use knowledge/instruction as my protection and keep my peace and ease of nature by showing it to be proper. I hope we are never enticed to follow those who through insecurity, tend to use more power oriented ways. I love the goodness so much more.
